Each item is shipped directly from our amazing brand to addresses within the U.S.
If your order contains multiple items from different brands, each item will be shipped individually from various locations and arrive separately. Each brand’s lead time can vary, so item(s) may arrive in different time frames depending on the shipping and destination addresses.
We will do our best to ensure that your item(s) are shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed.
Each brand utilizes their own shipping method, which is typically USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed Ex.
When you order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information and corresponding shipping carrier for your item(s).
We are working on it, but right now, we only are only shipping to U.S. based addresses. However, you can always email us at info@northerngrade.com for custom shipping arrangements
In the event you need to return or exchange an item, Northern Grade offers free returns within 14 days of delivery on all items.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return such as items that are made-to-order, one-of-a-kind, clearance, final sale items, custom and monogrammed items, beverage/packaged food, furniture and art.
All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with tags attached, and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, damaged or used will not be accepted and for returns outside of this return policy, Northern Grade reserves the right to not accept the return or issue store credit in place of a full refund.
To return an item, please contact us at info@northerngrade.com with your order number, item, and reason for return (or just go ahead forward your order confirmation email - that works too).
Once received, we will email you a return shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package.
EXCHANGE: Many of the item(s) are limited or produced in small batches and may not be available from time-to-time or discontinued, so in the event you need to exchange an item, just email us and we will to our best to accommodate.
RETURNS: After the item(s) is received and provided they meet the requirements of our return policy, you will be issued a refund back to the method of payment you used for the purchase.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show up after you have shipped back the item. Refunds for any original shipping costs are not included.
WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT WILL BE SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS DESIGNATED BY THE PURCHASER. ALL PURCHASES FROM THIS WEBSITE ARE MADE PURSUANT TO A SHIPMENT CONTRACT. AS A RESULT, RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE PASS TO YOU UPON DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS TO THE CARRIER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING ANY CLAIMS WITH CARRIERS FOR DAMAGED AND/OR LOST SHIPMENTS
